International Women’s Day

Today marks International Women’s Day – a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. It celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Notwithstanding how far we have come, women still make up the majority of Australia’s part-time workforce at 68.5% and only 34.5% hold key management positions. Diversity brings with it a rich tapestry of ideas, strategies and thinking. At IKON we are proud to share that 82% of our executives are in fact females. Diversity, equality and inclusion are about giving value to everyone, no matter our differences.
