The appointment of Laura Williamson as Chief Financial Officer rounds out our board appointment and gives financial cadence to our new organisational structure.
Our inaugural meeting was held in September 2022.

George Tahan is the founding member and Board Chairman having incorporated the business in April 1999. As the founder and pulse of IKON, George will continue to oversee the running of the business at a strategic level.

Steven Mackintosh is an accomplished senior executive with significant board experience and a strong background in leadership and corporate governance attained during his long international career in the facilities management industry.
Emma Shipley
Board Member
Emma Shipley has held executive CFO roles within Multiplex and Brookfield and possesses considerable experience in leadership, board and shareholder management. A chartered accountant, Emma has driven business growth, balancing risk and cementing financial security.

David Bowden has over 40 years property experience with JLL and brings a strong network in national and international property with a focus on results and business performance.
