IKON’s International Women’s Day 2026 with Special Guest Speaker Audrey Nania, CEO – DECJUBA
Yesterday at IKON Services, we came together to celebrate International Women’s Day, reflecting on the progress made toward gender equality while recognising the work still ahead. It was also an opportunity to celebrate the incredible women across IKON, no matter their roles, whose dedication, leadership and contributions continue to shape our organisation.
Our GM People & Culture, Kathryn Zammit, reminded us that IWD represents more than a century of collective action and the importance of creating workplaces where people are supported, challenged and able to thrive on merit.
We were also honoured to welcome Audrey Nania, CEO of DECJUBA, as our guest speaker, who shared her inspiring leadership journey with our team. Having spent more than 15 years with the business, progressing from assistant planner to CEO, Audrey reflected on the importance of saying “yes” to opportunities, being willing to fail safely, learn and move forward with intention, and leading teams with genuine transparency and authenticity. Her message about continuing to grow, learn and evolve with humility resonated strongly with everyone in the room.
At IKON, we believe empowering our people is key to building stronger teams and brighter futures. In 2026, we’re proud to sponsor team members to participate in the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Change Program, continuing a valued partnership that supports leadership development and creates lasting impact for our business, our clients and the communities we serve.
