Yesterday, our teams across IKON came together to honour R U OK? Day. Over shared morning teas and open conversations, we reminded ourselves of the power behind four simple words: “Are you OK?” It’s more than a question, it’s a way to show we care, to listen without judgment, and to be there for one another. Every day is a chance to check in with the people around us, because a single conversation can truly change a life. 💛
