IKON employee, Ean Humphrey has worked at Melbourne Airport for sometime time, but notwithstanding he hasn’t lost his customer service superstar status! Ean spotted a traveller struggling and helped them get to their car with ease. Ean was snapped in action by a senior client who took the time to recognise his efforts: “I just wanted to say a huge thank you. It’s such a wonderful Stepping Forward moment. This traveller needed your help, understanding and kindness. She will always appreciate your intervention … bags and babies are so tough to manage when travelling solo.
